The structure of the agritourism near Baratti, consists of a newly built building on the ground floor. You can reach the garden via the adjacent free parking and, from there, the two three-room apartments via independent entrances: Olmo and Olivo.
Both apartments are three-room apartments with living room, two bedrooms and bathrooms. The living room leads directly to the outside: the portico and gazebo become one with the house enriching it with outdoor equipment (barbecue and hammock). The living room has a flat-screen TV and a sofa, which can be turned into a comfortable double bed

The rooms
The kitchen is equipped with a typical Tuscan table, chairs, an electrical oven, a fridge, a small freezer, a sink and plates. There is also a coffee machine with coffee pods (upon payment). There are also all the common kitchen utensils. Water is drinkable and served by the public aqueduct.
The big bedroom has a double bed whose headboard has been made by recovering the old barn door. It is furnished with a three door wooden wardrobe, two bedside tables, two lamps, a desk ..
The smallest room in Olmo apartment is furnished with a French double bed whose headboard is made of wrought-iron and large cushions. The furnishing is completed by a two-door wooden wardrobe, a bedside table, a lamp and a writing desk. The single room of Olivo apartment instead has a single bed and a pouffe which, if necessary, could be transformed into an additional single bed.
The bathrooms are equipped to be used by disabled. In each of them there is a sink, a mirror, a toilet, a shower, a heated towel rail, a high window, a soap and a toothbrush holder. The shower was made with mosaic tiles taken from some finishes to make the entire environment very convenient. Among supplies there is toilet paper, hairdryer and a shower mat.
The farm does not have a common breakfast hall yet, but you can book the "breakfast basket", the breakfast basket will be brought to the outdoor table of your portico in the morning so when you wake up you could have breakfast tasting classic breakfast commodities and home-made products: fruit or fruit pie, honey, toast, yogurt, artisan ice-cream, milk, tea, ...what an amazing way to start the day.
